This card was made using the Timeless Tulips stamp set featured yesterday. Today I have used a technique where a strip of the card background is sponged. You mask off the strip using some post it notes and then lightly sponge, using sponge daubers. the bit in between. I used pink and yellow colours near the top and the green near the bottom.
Then just stamp your images on top of the strip. I separately stamped two of the medium sized tulips and cut them out with scissors and used some stampin' dimensionals to adhere them directly on top of the stamped images. I added some little dots from my stash in the same colours I used on the card. Love Stampin' Up colour co-ordination!
I have two more card tomorrow which I have stepped up using a new technique. Stay posted.
