You can use one of the many cute images in this stamp set to create a background on a piece of rectangle white card. I used a piece of scrap card to mask off a diagonal line to serve as a guide while stamping the birthday cake image along in a pink row followed by green, then grey then yellow.
The Happy and Birthday sentiments are in different fonts in the set and allow you to mix and match to make a little banner greeting on the tag which can be raised up with some foam pads.
